J’ai reçu mon bbq début août. Il manquait le cache des piles. J’ai envoyé un mail et le sav m’a de suite envoyé la pièce. Le produit est sympa et qualitatif. Idéal en camping, à la plage, sur un bateau. Demande peu de charbon et fonctionne longtemps en toute sécurité. Le charbon est bien enfermé et les parois restent froides. Chauffe plus au milieu que sur les côtés. Idéal pour 4 personnes. La housse de rangement est un plus non négligeable pour le transporter et le stocker. Ravi de mon achat et du sav.
